Ordered pipe over a month ago and still hasn't shipped. No response from company. Kings Park

I ordered my pipe from glassartplus.com almost 5 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have written 5 emails and called several times. Every time I call it says message box full or someone answers and then hangs up. I cannot get a response. Do not order from this website.
