I purchased a glass pipe from Northwest.com several months ago.in that time I have been researching out of the country so I assumed that it would be sent during my absence. However, the family member who has been collecting my mail says that my order has not been sent. I have tried to contact the owners of the website but have gotten no response.
In total I have lost $49 on the glass pipe I order that I including the cost of shipping. The website clearly shows the date in which I order my purchase and that it still has not been processed. I also have my own records of the transaction.
