Im lupe and i called costumer service repair for somebody to come fix my washing machine, and im very angry because i had to take the morning off of work, and i was told the service guy would be at my place between 8am - 12pm. When he came, he checked the washing machine and said i needed a new timer. He told me he was going to order it and that when it arrived he would come back to fix it. He asked if i would be here and i told him i had to go to work. So then he began to speak on the phone and passed me the phone to speak to someone. She, veronica, told me the part would arrive at 12:30pm and that he would come back at 1:00pm to fix it. Since i needed to go work i left someone here to wait for him and he never came. The person i left there left at 7:00pm. I called customer service 10-10-12 and 10-11-12 and made a complaint. My complaint is that they reimburse $75 i paid the person to stay at my house waiting for the technician that never arrived. I was on the phone two hours to try and explain what happened and they kept transferring me like 17 times. I was frustrated, i felt discriminated, and made fun of. Every time they transferred me they wanted me to explain everything that happened and i was calling from work to clear this point. I made the complaint through the phone and i still have to receive a response. The last person i called was nora-991. She told me that as a gift she would give me a $20 gift card, but i'm not asking for a gift, i'm asking that they reimburse my money i lost. I'm still going to have to lose another day of work so that they can fix my washing machine.
