Horrible customer service. LG dryer purchased through Sears has been broken for 1.5 months now, after three separate repair vists by technicians. Customer service department incredibly unhelpful (or sympathetic) in resolving our problems with a dryer that is obviously defective. Stay away from Sears and LG appliances!!!
