I placed an order on 12/2 because your web page which said delivery within 5-9 business days. I was told on the phone it would get here between 12/9 and 12/13.
Every time I checked the order it said “processing”.
I called about my order several times and was assured I would have it by 12/13,
Actually I was “guaranteed” I would have it by 12/13 by the phone rep.
They also said email the company “CyberFurnishing.com” for any shipping questions, I did twice never heard a thing back.
Today is 12/12 and I have not heard anything about my chair being here tomorrow, not and thing.
In fact the order page still says “processing”.
If my chair is not here on 12/13 I still want the chair, but I want a full refund for being lied to and being lead on.
