Purchased a chair online. Got a shipping confirmation Feb 6. All UPS tracking has ever shown since Feb 6 (today is Feb 17th) is that they have received billing information. Checked with UPS, they don't have anything in system. Man at the company claims it was sent. Since then no reply to e-mail or phone messages. The price on the chair was very good but I don't think the chair exists. They billed my charge card on January 31st. The site was down for a while and now is up again particularly advertising this chair, the HumanScale Freedom Chair. I think they may be looking for more suckers like me.
