I wanted to order a womb chair & spoke to customer service to see if one was available. I was told they had them in stock & ready to ship. I ordered the womb chair online and my credit card was charged $800. I never received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed customer service. They promptly wrote back that the order was on the way. A week later, I got the same story. Then they never responded to my subsequent inquiries. I never received the chair & had to file a complaint with the BBB and cancel order through the credit card company. Luckily I was able to get my money back, but I never heard from anyone at Bee Mod after numerous emails & phone calls. It seems like a SCAM to me. Worst online shopping experience i ever had!
