I ordered a womb chair and ottoman in August. I just received another email saying the delivery is delayed, yet again. I was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks for delivery - if the chair actually arrives when you are now saying it will (big question) - it will be twice as long as promised.
When i spoke to your customer service line, i was told this in't uncommon and there is nothing you can do. If you know this is not uncommon, it would be nice to give customers a heads up BEFORE they order so they can make an informed decision. I ordered this chair and ottoman for a new baby's room - the baby will arrive weeks before they chair does! That's a sad statement that I can carry a baby to term faster than you can deliver a chair.
I would like (1) a discount on the chair and ottoman, (2) a delivery date range (instead of sometime in 2013), and (3) a phone call to provide delivery information instead of another blanket email with incorrect information. I can be reached at 646-373-3873.
