I recently purchased a massage chair from this company They are the worst! I called to ask them a general question and spoke with the salesman: Michael Milone. He kept trying to get me to purchase a different chair than I wanted and it gets better, he talks me into placing a phone order so I did. When I asked about their return policy, ALL HE SAID WAS: YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THE CHAIR! He NEVER mentioned a restocking fee.
I ordered using the white glove service for an additional fee. When the delivery men arrived (not to mention, it was TOTAL CHAOS to get the appointment time) they informed me that the chair was in many pieces and they were going to assemble it.
So I left them alone and when he called my name from the other room and said it was done, I was SHOCKED to see this HUGE CHAIR! It was not the chair that I ordered and to make matters worse, the delivery men said they could not take this 350 POUND chair away, that I would have to get a RMA#.
