I ordered a LIFT chair for my elderly/handicapped mother. I ordered this chair from U.S. MEDICAL on the Internet site. I paid immediately 891.00. I DID NOT KNOW that GOLDEN TECHNOLOGIES is the manufacturer and they would be shipping the chair.
My payment covered the chair and the delivery. I specifically stated severel times throughout my order that I WANTED TO BE CALLED before the chair would be delivered. I was assured by email that it would be.
I have spoken to Josh at Golden Tech. And he "doesn't know why I was not called". I have spoken to All Oesch at US Medical and he can't tell me why I was not called-both blame it on the delivery company-however, the delivery company has faxed me the order they received from Golden-NOTHING ON IT ABOUT CALLING ME! Meanwhile, my mother cannot put this chair together, and I live in another state 115 miles away.
LOUSY SERVICE... Be very careful-don't order from them. THIS CHAIR WASN'T EVEN THE RIGHT COLOR!!!
All of the parties refused to do anything about this. My mother is still there with a chair she cannot use-nothing is assembled-neither the heater, massage or the lift. If i was called... I could have been there!!! Yet all they want to do is lie and cover up and blame each other.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't buy anything from these people. I should have gone locally-lesson learned
