A new water heater I purchased from Sears quits working - I call for a repair appointment. Earliest appointment is 5 days out second appointment option 9 days out - so they are not staffing repair technicians with an ability to service homes in a reasonable way
Don't buy an extended warranty - they can't reasonably service them..
