Sears repair service, I made an appointment for a Sears Tech to come repair our washing machine. They gave a time window for the tech to be here (8 am - 5 pm). I wasted my whole day waiting for the Tech to show up and not even a phone call! I called customer service every hour after 5 since he didn't show up and they said he will be here ASAP. I heard the same excuses every time I called. So the time still passed and still a NO show for the tech, he never made it here! I have never had such poor business and unprofessional! What a shame!!! I wished I could fire someone...
