Firestone caused more damage to my vehicle than necessary making my initial price for a 197.00 service of an oil pan gasket balloon up to $1,000 in damages... Parts were falling off of my car after I left the facility at 2034 S. Cobb Dr, Marietta, GA on 7/19 - I was intimidated and threatened by the facility store manager several times and declined the RIGHT to see my vehicle when I requested to - When I received the vehicle back, it is now experiencing loose parts that have fallen off my vehicle while driving... Manager here has also snapped cell phone pictures of me WITHOUT my EXPRESS CONSENT invading my privacy... I have reported this to corporate headquarters and the bbb, filed a police report for damage to vehicle on 7/19 and will follow with civil litigation if need be..
