I ordered a swing set for my grand child and was confirmed the delivery date. We move the birthday party just in time for the swing set to arrive on the date sears promised. Unfortunately, no swing set arrive and no notification from sears that it is delayed. Called customer service. I was transferred to 12 diff employees only to get disconnected. No one was even close to want to help or solve the problem. The service is really bad. Very bad that i will never order from sears again.
