The web page clearly stated that I would get free shipping with the promo code and that I would get it by Christmas. I went ahead and bought the item based on this advertisement. When I got the confirmation of my purchase, it definitely was free shipping but the estimated delivery date was 1/3. I called three times to customer service. I was disconnected twice and one time was submitted to the run around and then transferred to human resources department. I even tried chat service to no avail. Don't ever, ever buy anything from sears.com. I do most of my purchases online and I never have a problem. But this is the second time I tried Sears.com and had major issues. Not worth the hassle. Stay away from them. Horrible customer service too.
