I placed an order for a chest of drawers in November.90 day delivery was promised, 50% of payment was made at time of order with balance to be due upon completion. I checked in from time to time during this past winter and spring and was told that they had been very busy and that the chest would be ready in April.in May the company charged my credit card for the balance and I called to inquire if the chest was ready. They told me that it was in finishing and would be ready soon. I have called repaetedly over the past two months. Often, their phone is not answered during their stated business hours and calls are not returned when messages are left. When I am able to speak directly to someone the excuses have changed each time. It is 8 months later, they have full payment, I do not have my chest of drawers nor an answer on when - or if - I will get it. Spare yourself the frustration of dealing with this company. They market themselves as a high quality furniture maker while their business operations are the lowest quality I've experienced at this price point. Tip: Consider D.R. Dimes; I've ordered custom furniture from D.R. Dimes in the past and have been thoroughly satisfied.
