I purchased 2 XBOX 360 with kinects from SEARS online. After not recieving them at the appropriate amount of time I called Sears and they were "sorry for the inconvienience". Ordered on April 10th, Promised on the 15th, called on the 17th. Sears said they will arrive on the 19th. Nothing arrived. Called Sears on the 19th. Customer service told me to call third party "Hester Entertianment." Phone number was invalid. Why am I calling them anyway? Sears should be taking care of this mess. They allowed them to use there website to sell goods or trusted them as a third party. NO HELP from SEARS! FRAUDULANT Hester Entertainment. Do not trust. Thought I was buying from SEARS.
Sears has escalated this to a different group. Waiting to hear from them.
