I ordered a porch swing in January and was assured by Bridget Management Team that the swing would be delivered by 02-04-12. I called to inquiry about the delivery on 01-31-12 and was told it wouldn't be shipped on 02-09-12. I have tried and tried to cancel it. I waited on the phone for 40 minutes even though I was the first in line. The swing was for my sister's 70th birthday. When I did get through the representative suggested I print a picture of the swing and cut it up to make a puzzle and give it to my sister. A puzzle great birthday present for a 70 year old! I don't think so.
