Ordered parts for a Sears purchased air conditioner. They took my money with a smile. On the date they were due to arrive (had to pay UPS $10.00) I received an email saying 2 little plastic connectors were shipped - cost of shipping $10.00- and all other arts back ordered with no date available.
Way to do business Sears. I will never give you a dime ever again.
