Ordered parts for a sears purchased air conditioner. They took my money with a smile. On the date they were due to arrive (had to pay ups $10.00) i received an email saying 2 little plastic connectors were shipped - cost of shipping $10.00- and all other arts back ordered with no date available.
Way to do business sears. I will never give you a dime ever again.
