Eporting sears customer solutions dept and sears ceo headquarters for irresponsibility in a timely repair manner and so far not one contact can take responsibility for replacing the stackable washer unit since it caught on fire 12 miles one way for me to the laundromat not to menyion the expense of going to a laundromat cause sears cant make a decision to replace a unit that has been on fire i have actually had technition hang up on me after waiting a whole day just reshuled me without my knowledge rude sears just expects everyone to be a shutin to wait for thier service people to come and about 8 full hours of labor at a time sometimes 2 technitions still no washer 92 days and counting
