I bought a washer from Sears in october.in the first 12 months, i had to request repair 3 times. Fortunately each was covered under warranty. I have had a problem surface again in the past couple of days, and of course warranty period is over. I have to pay.
I have bought many appliances at Sears, most with great success. However, my washer is a lemon and i need sears to step up. I went through their repair department, and of course was dead-ended... Other than they will have someone come look at it.
I am going to pay to get it fixed, but it is obviously a fault machine and i need Sears to own up to it.
