Sears consumer complaint

I bought a frig/freezer appliance from sears with extended warrenty which doesnt go out till 2010. Quit working on june 24th. Called 800 number on june 25th. Sheduled for repair on july 6th. Took off work on july 6th. Repair man to be there brtween 1p-5p. Received call from sears at 11am and was told it would be between 5p-7p repair man behind. Received call at 4p and was told would have to reschedule. To top it off the next date available was july 18th. I was furious. I talked to three different sears reps and couldnt get any sooner date. I was not the one who cancelled. They did! In the real world the repair man should be at my house first thing next morning. I even offered to have it fixed myself and send them the bill. They said they couldnt do that it was against the contract. I will never buy another appliance from sears.
