SEARS has the WORST Customer Repair Department ever!!! They give you the run around and keep you waiting OMG, forever.
You are obligated to purchase their expensive repair agreement because of their faulty appliances and expensive service charge.
They gave me $500.00 in 2006 on a new Frig because the old one was a lemon. My complaint had to go to Headquarter to get results.
Now this one is not working.
I am soooooo angry!!!
I will Never buy another appliance from
Sears!
Someone at Sears please fix this.
They don't make them like they use to, that's for sure.
