I just bought a new house and my wife cooked a meal using a Kenmore wall oven.
We could not get the oven to turn off, so I called the 1-800 number. No one could walk me through the steps to turn the oven off, they just wanted to set up a service call. What is this country coming to, when all you get is someone from overseas that can barely speak English and simply forwards you to a dead end department. It really doesn't matter how long Sears has been in business... With lack of service, Sears is losing the market share... Due to out sourcing!!!
