I bought a dresser for about $249.00 in February 14. The dresser came in 2 boxes (unassembled) but one of the main support for the dresser was broken in 2 pieces so I decided to return it for a refund instead. It took until march for them to send me return labels so I could return the part. That is also after constant calling so they send me one, I literally call them almost everyday. Finally, after the dresser was picked up and was received by them, I still has not gotten my refund until now. It has been more than 3 weeks since they received the dresser and all they could tell me is "they need to inspect it."
