Leased 2011 cadillac CTS brand new had no window sticker on it or in it, did not know MPG, OPTIONS, warranty, engine size, sales manager gives us computer generated price, which he said was invoice, so we have moon roof installed had to come back 3 days later, salesman shows us on star button and telephone, thats it. Does not go over options with us, hood covered with scratches, we sign papers and leave get home and finance dept. Calls they ask for my credit card number for down payment, (who knows where the number went to after he used it) two weeks later the salesmanager comes to my home with the license plates and a RE-ISSUE WINDOW STICKER then asks me not to call FTC about sticker not being on car, so in lite of all the turmoil I ASK FOR SOME KIND OF GOOD FAITH ON THEIR PART FOR ALL PROBLEMS CREATED BY DEALERSHIP, THREE IN ALL DID NOT GET APOLOGY FROM ANY ONE INCLUDING GENERAL MANAGER LOU KALTENSTEIN, AS CHUCK STEWARD WAS LEAVING MY HOME HE SAYS I'M TRYING TO EXTORT THEM, THIS MADE ME VERY ANGRY, AS SO-CALLED PROFFESSIONALS THIS DEALER IS VERY UNSCRUPULUS. I have two cadillacs, pontiac, chevrolet in my garage, with in two years they will be replaced with imports!!! Gm needs to look in the mirror to see why tax payers had to bail you out. C.M.
