Sold car with out window sticker, when i asked showed me a computer print out, not the msrp stuck to window, was never on car, then told me it's in glove box, ckecked not there either, tried to work with customer service no help, contacted gm lou kaltenstein, still no help sent letter to cadillac motor divison, got no reply! This is why america bailed out gm? Very unscrupuluos sales practice, salesman did not even show me how to work accessoris, probably so i would not know what options were missing. Cm desylvester
