Leased 2011 cadillac cts from medina auto mall medina, ohio car brand new, had no window sticker on it or in it, no info. On mpg. Options, warranty, tried to work with sales manager, general manager, to no solution, called cadillac customer service in michican, they stand behind there dealers so still no solution or apology from dealer, also failed to collect downpayment when papers were signed, got home to get phone call asking for credit card number (who knows where that number went to after being charged) go to pick up car salesman did not go over features or options scatches all over hood did not no price of vehicle other than a computer print out by sales manager. Currently have 4 gm cars 2 cadillacs, pontiac which was a big problem mechanicly from day one, decided to overlook those problems and give gm another chance, with the top of the line vehicle, and problems again from first day. Will never buy gm again!!! In two years i'll replace these cars with imports. And you wonder why you had to get bailed out by the tax payers. Gm take a look in the mirror you'll find out that the majority of dealers are not customer friendly. C.M.De sylvester
