Ramsey toyota sold a toyota sequoia with options to me.
I asked for the window sticker three times but was not given it. I became suspicious.
The following day i returned to pay for the vehicle and asked to verify the wheel size and other features on the window sticker, i found out that the tow bar, foot board etc. Were no longer available and the window sticker was amended to reflect the same.
The sales man offered to give me a copy of the window sticker, but wanted to amend it in my presence, i refused to allow this. The manager steven reedy bluntly refused to provide the sticker, remarking that i did not buy the car yet.
Not to mention the alloy wheels sold as an option were substandard, and not the same as standard alloy wheels designated for 2004 toyota sequoia.
Upon test driving the vehicle the salesman told me the wheels are size 17, they later installed a substandard alloy wheel, with size 16 rims. And wanted me to buy another set of wheels for $2600.00
I refused to purchase the vehicle, and left, they admitted they trimmed the vehicle to match the price i negotiated.
I later found out from another toyota dealer that they (ramsey toyota) advertise a low sale price and removed several features from the vehicle.
Then they (ramsey toyota) sell these features as options to maximize profits.
