I purchased over $6,000 dollars of furniture. After 1 year my wife washed the cushions on the coach and 2 of them parted at the seem. I was told by their customer service person that they don't warrant the washing of the cushions and that your not supposed to take them of and wash them, despite the fact that they have zippers on them. At no time during the sale of this furniture was I given anything but a glowing account of the quality of the manufacturer. I am 70 and I have never had cushions that the covers couldn't take the strain of water, I will never buy anything from these people again.
