Purchased New sofa from Furniture Your Way Oct and found it to be defective in July when adjusting the cushions. I notified them and they did repalce it but then we noticed another issue. The cushions sagged terribly. They ordered replacement cushions and they also were not right. They then ordered new foam and again, still not right. I complained and was required to take pictures and they agreed on the sagging and I asked for a replacement soafa to our liking that was around the same price.
After several weeks, into June of I was told by Kim the sales rep handling my claim, they refuse to do anything at all especially replace it or refund my $. Please advise
