Direct Exteriors were contracted to replace our gutters on our home. They quickly came by to pick up our insurance proceeds (over $3000) and then never contacted us again. We repeatedly tried to contact them but were never successful.
The representatives from their company that we initially spoke with were pleasant and nice and their literature all seemed professional and authentic. But don't be deceived, these guys are crooks and anyone dealing with them will be sorry. If anyone knows of a 'class action suit' against them we would very much like to participate in that.
