Defective Products - Won't Replace

Bought an LG wsher/dryer. After four months, the dryer would not even turn on. After 5 hours on the phone with their customer service and "Consumer Affairs", I was told I would have to get it repaired and it would take two weeks just to order a part and then another week to get it installed.
