Defective appliance

I called as soon as the dryer was hooked up and told them that the dryer sounder like it had a pair of shoes in it. They sent out a repairman. He said it was a defective drum. I call the manager and told him I wanted the dryer picked up and to send me a new dryer that I had paid for. He said no. I said I wanted my money back and he said NO. I have been without a dryer for two weeks. Can you help me? Betty Jerome
