I began complaining to LG two months ago. The complaint started because my gas dryer was discharging fumes into the house. All connections were checked, and were good, so it was dtermined that the dryer was defective. The $2000 dryer was 18 months old. After numerous phone calls and the run around, no one locally could fix a gas appliance. I went to LG for help and they pretty much told us, it was no longer their problem. After being frustrated by having to do our laundry outside ofthe home, I have come to the conclusion that Korean Manufacture's want our market, but do not have the decency to stand behind their product. So please beware when you think you might want to buy a LG product. It's not worth the hassel. We bought a American made Whirlpool washer and dryer, because I know I can get service for it. All we wanted from LG was to find someone to fix their defective product, and they refused to help. Give LG case number CNM100922634323
