I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Every time there is something wrong with my car, I take it to Monro because I thought they were reputable. I thought that my loyalty to them as a company would make a difference in the type of care my vehicle received, but clearly I was wrong. I have had my rear coil springs replaced, an alignment, a new alternator and battery done just based on the recommendations received after taking it there for a routine oil change. A month later, the battery light came back on I took it back and was told I needed two new cables for my parking brake and a new type of bolt in the front, totaling $400 in costs. If you are looking to save yourself the stress and aggravation stay as far from this place as possible. Note: I called another company in the area and for a price comparison and was given an estimate that was half that at Monro. Don't make the same mistake I have.
