Miriam & jorge perez are slum lords. They have many houses and apts in lower westchester & ct which are not up to code. There has been two occasions where their apt buildings has had a fire that resulted in electronical work. Wirers are crossed with other wires on top of that the places are rat and roach infested. They get people who do not have their license in electronical, plumbing work etc. To come into your home and fix things they know nothing about to save a few dollars. They are money hunger and will go after you whether you owe 2 dollars or more. The building dept has been to her home and told her the homes werent up to code and since he was taking bribes she probably paid him off to keep his mouth shut. Now i am stuck & struggling paying back rent for an apt that my children couldn't even sleep in the second bedroom becuz the window wasn't same the whole time i lived there.
