On approximately 3/13 my wife and I entered into a contract with Four Seasons to replace the windows in our home. The contract was contengent upon our finding satisfactory financing. We paid Four Seasons a deposit of $2700.00 in good faith. After several days it became evident that satisfactory financing was not available at this time, and we cancelled the contract with proper notification, and signed form through their representative. As of today, 5/14, we have not received a refund or any correspondance from Four Seasons. They have kept our deposit for over sixty days, and have made no effort to contact us.
