Contract dated 12-4 stated a money back guarantee of the listing fee if property was not sold in first six months of the contract. Contract would be cancelled and listing fee of $289 guaranteed to be returned if i requested cancellation of the contract and return of fee by sending a fax with that request on the same day on which the six month contract expires. Fax was sent on 6-4 to 917-477-2111 (the fax number listed on the contract). Result of the fax being sent is "no answer". No response in past 4 and a half months to several calls i made to All Seasons Timeshares or to Patti Anthony who has corresponded by email representing the sales team of All Seasons Timeshares. Her telephone number listed on email correspondence is 917-341-9506.
