These guys are something, gave them a 10K deposit, which they said they would return if they could not get zoning. They did not show up for half of the zoning meetings.
Finally, the local zoning board shot them down, and they promised to refund our money within 30 days (in writing no less).
We contacted the owner of the franchise, AL Lopez numerous times and he was never in.
After our lawyer contacted the home office in NY, he promised a check by friday. Well friday came and went and no refund.
We thought we were protected because of the home office in NY and they have been little help.
We are proceeding with Legal action at this point, but steer clear of four seasons sunrooms! They don't deliver what they promise!!!
