I placed an order in April took three weeks to ship order, order form said 72 hours. When plants finally arrived, they were planted according to instructions, but showed no growth after another three weeks. I e-mailed supplier and waited another two weeks for query as to what was wrong and did I want new plants. After I answered and waited another two weeks for reply, I telephoned and was told I would have to send more money (half the value of the original puchase) and return dead plants to receive replacements.
Not willing to throw more money down the toilet, I said NO, and hung up! I should have looked for the rip pff reports before my order was placed, obviously this company is sucessful only at fraud and poor customer service. Its amazing how so many businesses can thrive with these policies in effect.
Never again from me!!!
