American Brands Construction builds Four Seasons Sunrooms. They are in San Jose, California. This sun room was built on my roof top deck, over my home. They did not flash it properly and it has been leaking ever since. They say caulking will hold the rain back from getting inside the sun room. They took a large deposit in the beginning, I am told is illegal. $6,500. They refused to fix the problem so I could get my final, after a Correction Notice. Terrible quality of work, did not show up to finish the job for over a month while rain water came into the sun room, and then into my home. All the while, I am phoning and writting letters telling them my home is getting damaged, they continued to ignore the water problem. I have numerous contractors out to help me with the problem, and they say it needs to be torn down. Even the nearby Four Seasons Sunroom representative from Monterey, says it is "a horrific job" done by American Brands Construction. He said to tare it down, and gave me a bid of over $37,000.
