We were recommended to have our 4 yr. Old pool regrouted. He did regrout around the tile, but left it on to long and the grey grout is in every crevice of our tile. We have called, he said twice he would be out to clean it out of the crevices in the tile. Never showed after he was paid $850 to just regrout the pool tiles. He was extremely helpful in his talking but never came back even after he told us 3 times he would be here to take care of the problem.
