I ordered a digital frame from sears.com I was sent a conf and delivery date. 2 days later i was sent a email telling me my order had been canceled with no explanation. I called was hung up on twice. Finally i was told out of stock. I am really mad cause now they have my money and i have to wait 7 to 10 days to get it back. I also have no present for my mom. They have extremely poor service and attitudes. And guess what the site says the frame is still available.
