This is beautiful. After getting delivery on a new fridge from Sears, I noticed that my door frame was completely destroyed. I keep calling (it's been over a month) and nobody will help me resolve this. Today, "Paul" in service is not in, but he told the receptionist to have me call back on Saturday. The door won't close. To top it all off, the delivery man called me and complained that this will get taken out of his check and he wanted to come by and fix it! Never, never again will I buy from Sears and I am spreading the word!
