Protron electronics in City of Industry, CA has never sent me a new or repaired Digital Frame that I received as a Christmas present back in Dec 07. The frame worked for maybe 2 hours and then the picture started flashing white and black as well as making a clicking noise. I reset several times and it continued to do this.
After several phone calls to the Customer Service, I finally received a Return Authorization number and sent the defective frame into the Return Department as instructed. This was back in February and I still have not received the Digital Frame. I paid to ship it to the company and I have not heard a word from them. I just wrote them another letter asking for the status of this.
Very frustrating and I hate to tell the person that purchased this for me that I have never gotten this issue resolved. They paid good money for this frame and it was a great gift. Well, the product obviously is not of good quality, but you would think the company would stand behind it.
