The clock feature on this frame stopped working shortly after it was purchased via HP's website. I was told by tech support that it would require re-setting, and that it would very likely occur again, and that this problem frequently occurs with this digital frame. I asked for a refund, because the frame was intended as a gift for a quadriplegic that does not have sufficient resources to re-set it as needed, and the clock feature would be essential for her enjoyment of the device. The tech guy said that, although the refund period had passed by a couple of weeks, they could make an exception, due to the fact that it had never been used and the extenuating circumstances. So, I sent it back. A month later, I received a new one in lieu of a refund, with no explanation.
