I purchased a 2 pair of glasses from Sears. I lost one and The frame broke on the other, so I had not glasses in the space of 2 weeks. I took the glasses with the broken frame to my Sears' otical department, hoping to buy another frame. They told me that frame was discontinued. I asked them to help me select another frame that those lenses could be fitted into. They told me that could not be done and suggested I purchase new glasses. Another company in the area fit the lenses into a new frame for $40!!! Sears lost a customer forever in this incompetent, money grubbing attitude.
