What a fouled up mess your system is to schedule annual maintenance. A foreigner to talk to that does not completely understand our language, another scheduler that was a newbie... Had to check with others before proceeding. All in all, very frustrating.

Then, after the lengthy battle to schedule the tech to my home, the time of day is screwed up. Got the computer generated call about 7:00PM last night informing us the tech will be here sometime between 8AM and 5PM.incorrect... Requested a time between 1PM and 5PM. Called back and went back thru to mess on the computer answer machine to correct the time and was told, "Not a problem" just a computer error. Tech will be here between 1PM & 5PM. On top of that on the original set-up I emphasized the need to call our cell number and the tech called the number on his service ticket and it was our home phone and he was on his way about 10:30 AM... What happened to 1PM to 5PM??? Tech was told 8PM till 5PM!!!
You folks can't even get the info to your own people correctly... Totally unsatisfactory!
