Received a call the night before that the tech will be there between 8am - 12pm. Then received call 7:45am that morning that tech is on the way. Next received 3 calls from Sears to see if tech showed up every half house from 9am on. The last guy said he would call me back in a half hour with info, he never did. I then called customer service and was told someone would arrive around 1pm, of course no one did. I then called back at 2pm to a bunch of clueless reps at 800-469-4663. Was put oh hold 3 times and was hung up on all 3 times. Received a call from tech at 2:45 he was on the way. He did show up and do the job.
Long story short is Sears customer service is horrible, i am now done with them. Will not be shopping at any of their stores.
